"This property has good bones but is poorly maintained. Beat up walls and many things that do not function properly. Room 311 had no hot water in the bathroom sink and the base boards are dirty, otherwise serviceable. No housekeeping. If you needed toilet paper, coffee packs or toiletries you have ask the front desk.
The Exercise room elliptical does not work and has a software problem. The TV is at least 20 years old with no remote and the side manual buttons do not work. The treadmill works...

"It was a clean, newer hotel, so I had hopes of a restful night. However, the king size bed we had was terrible. It was worn down and way too soft for my back. I did let the morning staff know and they didn't seem too helpful, let alone offer any solutions or discounts."

"The 1 bedroom suite was great for travel with 2 young kids. The staff were fine. They were not rude, but were not extra accommodating either. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the dishwasher pod that was provided was a really nice touch. Sadly both the king bed and the pullout couch were fairly uncomfortable for sleep. It was expected for the couch, but not the main mattress. Overall, a nice, clean place with nice amenities."

"This was our third time staying at this particular hotel. Overall, we generally enjoy our stays while visiting Louisville. The staff is awesome, Karen at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of conversing with her during my last two trips. Good breakfast, plenty of seating and relatively close to plenty of food and shopping options.
However, this visitor our room was not clean and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk twice, it still was not cleaned prior...
