The fridge and freezer work excellent, the linen were maintained and staff was very friendly. The Tv reception was terrible, hot water was not so hot in the shower,but did get warm. The property building was very old, drip coffee pot was okay but, compared to other stays a kerrig would have been welcome. There were restaurants near by but not what I expected there were any breakfast restaurants near. The continental breakfast offered was sparce, cold cereal, a few fruits, juice, coffee, tea, toaster waffles, instant oat meal, and small pkgs of muffins. To stay a few night is alright, for an extended stay U would stay elsewhere. But the price could not be beat.

Parking is very convenience. Staff personnel are available anytime. Shuttle van is available until 4pm. Recommend to extent hours of shuttle bus services. My doctor’s appt at MD Anderson Cancer Center ended at 5pm. I have to book thru Uber going back to the Inn. Shuttle van driver is friendly & helpful.

A/C was fine, moved the dining table out of the way to help the cool air make its way across the room. Bed was old and squeaky with low end sheets and blanket (to be expected) but it was comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking is very tight if the place is busy. I was there for Cook Off and Rodeo so they were booked.
