TV did not have the station that played game 6 of the World Series baseball game. Our toilet would not flush and the toilet in the lobby was out of service. Had to go to reception so she could open another room every single time we had to use the bathroom. Charged me full price. Ridiculous. Not what we expected for a Best Western that’s for sure

My flight landed late due to weather conditions so I needed to book a room for the night. I booked the room but later realized I wouldn’t be able too check in until 3pm!! So after I found a room that would let me check in immediately the next morning I went to the Best Western to get my refund I was told that I was already charged! I just wanted my refund but they said not possible!

Tv was not working and breakfast was not was not good at all. Eggs were disgusting and milk was not cold. The only thing I ate was waffle and coffee. You need to add more breakfast items. TV was not working at all. Cannot see local TV.

No key to begin with at check in. Then later went to go down and the elevator was out of order. Had to catch a plane at 3:15 am and elevator still out and to pack 4 suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. I am 75 and my wife is 71 with kidney disease. Absolutely pitiful.

The room was in need of better bedding etc. Bedding was stained as well as torn. Pillows very small. Vending machine out of order. Breakfast was meager, with limited selection/quantities. Overall, we got the feeling that the hotel was trying to limit the operating costs, resulting in below par outcome. They also need to start mentioning that they have a white shuttle, and a black shuttle.
