The staff was very helpful. The room was clean.. the only thing is it’s right next to the train track so if noise bothers you may want to get a room on the other side of the building.

We were in Houston for a live concert event, and the Hampton Inn was very conveniently located for us. The gated parking made us feel secure when we got back late at night. The staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable, the common areas were clean and pleasant. I wanted to try the pool but didn't get the chance-- next time! Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We had a great stay, we'll be back when our fave band returns!
