Dog Show Weekend

I booked two rooms, but at first, the hotel told me I only had one room! Somehow hey got it straightened out. The room was clean and the bed was a dream!! Very comfortable. It was also very quiet without a lot of folks driving through the parking lot.

The room looks like it has never been dusted or mopped. I didn’t stay long enough to use the shower. Grass area are unkept. There’s lots of random people just walking on the property. I got asked twice for my phone charger by 2 different guys, with one of them getting slight defensive about not letting him use my charger. He asked how was I charging mine. The room itself was ok. It had nice pillows. I stayed there cause their pet policy is AMAZING

Smelled so bad I could taste it

The room appeared to be a nice clean room but after being in it a few minutes I noticed it had a bad smell that I could taste even. I told room service about it and because it was a non-smoking room they did not believe that it smelled bad. It did not smell like cigarette smoke. It smelled more like rodents.

There were a lot of roaches. Sprayed 3 times before still seeing a few. Blanket was very worn with holes in it, The bathtub was very slippery as well as the floor. Room was clean.

The property looks nice and very well kept, but from the moment my wife and I arrived, everything was a bit off. We got our key and the room we received had people inside smoking, who apparently just refused to leave. Then the second room we got was barely being cleaned so we had to wait inside the car until it was done. The worst part was that around 2:30 AM there were people revving up cars and making noise that made us worry about our car since they parked right behind us.
