"The hotel interior is very tired and in need of a deep clean. And the furniture has seen better days. The bed had no headboard and oily hand prints could be seen on the wall where the headboard should be. The shower worked okay but the shower screen and bath sealant were dirty and worn. "Staff+Breakfast. Close to pubs clubs & sea. They must change the carpets because it was really dirty & full stains you require a bigger fans as the small fans are not useful, I was hoping that I would go to a hotel with Air condition & I was given a room on the 3rd floor & it was difficult to go up & down as I have arthritis on my left leg. "We had a gorgeous stay at the Art House, beautiful garden and view over the church! The room was clean and spacious with gorgeous details.

"Room was dirty on check in..after complaining they cleaned it..and never again..for am eight night stay.
Wifi was abysmal..their engineers said the only option was to move to another room
But none was available !
My friend stayed in another room..also dirty
..room was never cleaned .and the soap containers were empty!
Not an experience to repeat."

"Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area"
