"The apartment is in a residential apartment building and within easy walking distance to many of the DC monuments & museums. The apartment was very nice, fully-furnished (complete w/a washer/dryer), with a corner view of the intersection below. Parking was available below the building (a big plus!). We would definitely stay there again!"

"Very convenient downtown location, OK-safe area, walkable to restaurants and bars. Easy and unrestricted street parking spots nearby. Nicely decorated inside, air conditioning and hot water working well, comfy bed, TV with streaming services, tidy bedroom and clean bathroom. Overall very satisfied, especially with the affordable price. "

"Superb place! Clear instructions for check-in and checkout. The property is very comfortable and located in a great area. Very well maintained and equipped. Having laundry in the unit was really convenient. 5 stars!!!!"

I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. "The property was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet with street parking and accessible to food and shopping options. The property host was easy to deal with and very accommodating. I highly recommend!"

"The apartment, convenient and very appropriate for our needs. Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL....

"We liked the cozy downstairs apartment. It had everything we needed and we even managed to cook successfully. The greatest thing about the place is the fantastic neighborhood. We walked to the museums, monuments and restaurants and felt comfortable sterolling around at night. We would stay here again."

"There are many people outside of the building which is a locked building but the key is hard to use to open the door. The bar downstairs is super loud and you can’t open the windows because they are pLexi glassed shut. "
