"The first room we checked into had food in the freezer and the toilet wasn't working. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. "We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. People at the front desks are rude or playing on their phones. Housekeeping is always on the floor but would rather be on their phones and balring their music or facebook. This is not how a...

"Room was clean, spacious and had dove soap/lotion!!! Pool and hot tub were great! Work out room had plenty of space and options of equipment! Breakfast was pretty good for being included! Only thing I would suggest is the start time of breakfast is late. 7am is late on state weekends with events, otherwise overall it’s an excellent place to stay! "

"Air conditioner kept our room very comfortable. We had great parking close to door. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of options hot and cold, courteous staff and food was always kept full. "

"It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great."
