"Room : clean. Staff: helpful. Kitchen: common for guests : Easy to access , next to office door. Laundry: Lady came on time. Overall, it was good experience. Improvement needed: The chair and table outside the room are not clean, old furniture and easily broken if you sit for long or put little heavy items on it."

Although check-in was officially at 4 PM, the staff kindly gave us our room keys around 2:15 PM which was really appreciated after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with an amazing river view. "Great hotel, felt like an oasis in the middle of. Nature. Went for a weekend trip to the 1000 islands. Complementary Breakfast was decent with various selections and coffee is available all day. Rooms are on the smaller end but they were clean and modern. Love the Lobby and it’s a great hangout space for groups or families."

Some rooms are crammed into this property and really do a disservice to the potential of such a location, so a view of the water makes a huge difference in room quality.
