"This hotel's reach exceeds its grasp. It aspires to be a run-of-the-mill hotel and part of a chain but it fails repeatedly. I was dismayed from the very first by the fact that there are luggage charts but no way to use them because the rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator and you can't drag a luggage cart up a flight of stairs. The hallway to our room was dim and made dimmer by the black-painted woodwork and doors and red accent pieces in the hall. If it were meant to be sophisticated it looked gloomy instead. The room was sufficiently clean but dim because some of the lamps didn't work and there was no overhead lighting. When I went to take a bath we had to call the front desk to supply a stopper for the bathtub. The clerk was very helpful but had to search all the unused rooms to find the single stopper in the hotel. The windows don't open and the room was stuffy and hot at night. Unless you ask, the sheets are changed every three days. I don't know what day I was there but they seemed OK and I hoped for the best. We didn't try the breakfast because, judging from the menu, it was the same kind of food that we get for free in most other hotel chains. I hope there is another choice for hotels in Sydney when I return because I do not want to repeat this experience."

"Our experience was good except for cleanliness. We've stayed there several times and it's been great however, this time the bathroom was very dirty! Hair everywhere! dust everywhere! and the toilet was dirty! The seat was clean but otherwise dirty. You could see it hadn't been cleaned In a long time, not just missed once .Soap scum on the shower walls! The base of the toilet was very dirty! The facecloths were stained with makeup??? I found 2 like that!! In the room the lamps and furniture were very dusty. Also the sheets were very worn and "nobby". I took pictures and was going to tell the staff but there was quite a few people at the checkout counter and I didn't want to bring it up in front of them. That's why I'm writing this review. "

"Upon arrival we were assigned to a room that was in complete unacceptable condition to stay in heavily soiled carpets, and dog food was found on the floor, water damage around the windows. There were stains on the lampshade and the wall, there was a very concerning amount of dust around the heating unit, and a thick layer of dust on top of the microwave, light fixtures did not work and when asked to change to a new room, we were charged unknowingly an extra amount."

"First room they put me in the TV was broken and the lights didn’t work. Second room had a chemotherapy cap left in the bed, I guess from the previous stay. My company books these trips so I’ll likely request not to stay here again."

"Great accommodations.Clean and great staff. The one thing that is not mentioned is, there is no coffee maker.We just bring our own . Overall a great place to stay for a good price"
