hotel was actually miles from everything advertise

I had to give this a bad review as the hotel is around 4km from the address posted on your site. I did not stay in it, I did not see in it either as the address is to far from where the hotel is.

We called a few times in the afternoon to confirm our late night check in, but the call wasn't available. Telephone number on Expedia was out of service. We called another number from Google maps, still unreachable. We called again at 9pm, then the staff picked up our call. Room are a bit old. Balcony lock were broken when we got there. But the mechanic came to fix it right away.

Good stay

Room was clean, neat, and spacious. Water was provided and replenished after room cleaned the next day. Staff were very friendly and responsive. A very good hotel with decent standard for the price. But need to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Family Getaway Weekend

The Answer Cha-Am is a brand new Guesthouse beachfront property in Cha-Am beach town. My wife is 8 months pregnant and during booking the room we've requested & mentkoned her condition to Expedia via hotel, but due to this properrty has no elevator so our room is up the 3rd floor. Walked up 3 stairs back & forth wasn't quite comforted, however my wife didn't complaint at all. There's a tiny child's swimming pool in the lobby with decored of the property being blue & white makes it clam during our stayed. Breakfast was included simply basic 2 sunnysideup eggs, hotdogs, ham, toast and coffee or hot coco. AC in room is nice & cold with little fridge. No electronic pot to make yourself hot coffee in room. Basic cable TV and no English soundtrack nor subtitled. Overall, we like the raw energy of a small town, the true feels of nature rather than luxury city lifestyles.
