"The place is basic...older, just separate cute little cabins with a real Thai feel, nice front wooden porch and...it was clean, and the lady who ran the place very nice...lots of trees...wifi, but basic. I saw no bugs...and I could see daylight through the slats in the hardwood floors. Bed was comfortable."

"We love Charlie's, we feel at home here. The staff is so friendly & willing to help. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. The only thing missing are hooks to hang the towels, maybe also more shelves. "

"Staff was friendly. Very quiet and relaxing place. Room was large. Bathroom was clean. Local restaurant had great fresh fish. Ocean is close and you can watch the fishermen. You will have to drive to get to a swimming beach. Great local park next to the ocean for walking or jogging. Pool was great with birds and flowers and dragonflies around it. An old school off-the-beaten path place."
