A very fun and nice hostel. Mix of Taiwanese and international guests. Staff was very welcoming. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and only a short walk to the train station and dining options. Would visit again.

It's close to Hualien Station and has great access to public transport. There are also delicious restaurants about a 10-minute walk away, so I'm very satisfied with the location. However, there was no staff at the front desk, the door key number was an automated email, check-in and check-out was done by leaving the key on the desk, there was no explanation of the hotel facilities, and I couldn't ask anything about restaurants or sightseeing, so it wasn't a good hotel.

Far beyond my expectations, convenient to everything, quiet (except for the inevitable train passing noise).super clean no odd smell at all, and the backpackers seem to be nicest people ou can find too. It's economic yet comfortable stay, i couldn't find any reason to complain now that i paid $22 for a big room with a king bed table and chair and private bath and walking distance to the train station

7號合宿的房間鄰近馬路，除了戰鬥機之外還不時有人、車的聲音，來的人最好自備耳塞，招呼我的人講話很制式很大聲，一樓販售的商品香精味道對我來說太濃了……

謝謝管家Damon很熱心建議也很健談。 枕頭不是很好睡，床有點短但還算夠用。雖房間內有浴室，但洗澡我都到1F公共浴室洗，不用跟別人搶很方便，像在家一樣自在。

北吉光輕旅 bayhouse https://fgblog.fashionguide.com.tw/1903/posts/325145 舒服又乾淨。 平日冬天遊客少，包房睡。 二樓六床女生房。 房內有淋浴及廁所。 瓶裝淋浴精+洗髮精，吹風機自由取用。 需要自備 牙刷牙膏毛巾。 女生房-貼心-提供熱水袋。 床鋪軟硬適中。附鎖小置物櫃。 大金冷暖空調設備，夏冬皆宜。 一樓交誼廳很多座位。 一樓後方陽台打通 自助洗衣機。 進入大門按密碼鎖，無門禁。 冰箱也可以存放食物飲料。 小廚房有烤箱 微波爐 盤 杯 餐具。 沒有包早餐，但冰箱有豆漿可以食用。 小幫手很熱情又親切喔！ 給他200分。 雖距離鐵道近，但晚上10點後 火車很少，所以幾乎感受不到火車轟隆吵雜的感覺。

管家、小幫手和這裡的住客，人都很nice 每個床位都有插座可用，也有附鎖的置物櫃 一樓交誼空間有微波爐等簡單廚具 也有許多旅客留下的美食/旅遊資訊可參考 CP值高，會想再來！

無可挑剔的體驗

出發前看了網友的評價，更期待入住。 從火車站走過來的路程並不遠，途中經過了一個小公園，不難找。 抵達時key上密碼即可順利進入，一個人靜靜探索青旅一樓的所有，每個角落都很用心，還有許多第一次見到的小創意(自己有住過滿多青旅的經驗)例如旅人自我療癒放鬆精油、便利貼牆、還有公益拍賣、免費分享區、明信片等等，最喜歡的則是旅人和小幫手無私分享的各種經驗和小店(本身是吃貨，而且更喜歡在地獨有的特色美食)，種種的一切，實在是讓我太喜歡、太驚艷了。 一晚的單價非常低，但完全不會因為低價，品質而有所影響，房間的用心處處可見。 一進房間有淡淡的香味撲鼻(果然是香香的女生房)很喜歡雙拉簾更有隱私、床頭燈櫃、乾淨舒適，床鋪竟然是有厚度的獨筒床墊(非薄博的軟墊)睡起來超級舒服，直接被圈粉。 除了硬體設施外，我也非常欣賞北吉光的環保意識，本身也是注重環保的議題，希望能用自己小小努力讓環境的傷害降低，酵素清潔液的概念非常棒。 最後是與管家杜杜一見如故，又親切又熱情，照顧每個旅人，更謝謝杜杜分享的"日本媽媽"甜點奶酪，真心好吃! 謝謝經營北吉光的所有人，對於旅人來說，雖然只是短暫的停留，但的確在我生命中留下了非常滿好的回憶。 另外還想說杜杜所創作的北吉光創刊號，著實讓我感動萬分，那是無法形容的旅人心情，再次感謝所有人。

管家服務態度滿分！！但住宿環境霉味太重且吵雜

管家超級熱心、親切，不論是事前電話詢問還是當場的應對（不同人）都超讚！！ 但房間的規劃上可以再加強......可能是浴廁也在房間內的關係，雖然方便，但整間都是濕氣跟霉味，一推門就嚇到，然後整晚非常痛苦鼻子不舒服...加上冬天較冷，也不便開窗流通(不然靠窗的室友應該冷死).... 浴廁在房內的缺點還有晚上12點、早上6、7點都有人起床洗澡吹頭髮，也是完全沒有隔音(畢竟同一間)。雖然管家有說怕吵到室友的話，可以去一樓洗，但一樓好像也只有一間，真的要洗根本不夠，大家可能也覺得有一半的室友已起床就沒關係了@@ 這邊其他人都是分享正面的經驗，但霉味問題在google評價有很多人提到........希望管家正視這個問題唷。
