The employees were not very accommodating, passing on all the struggle to the clients. The rooms need a lot of maintenance (the fridge didn’t work properly), the floors are really old and noisy with scratches all over the place, and the personal care amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) of really low quality. Lovely Hacienda with a half golf course, but need to work on Culture and processes focused on the customers.

El personal es muy atento. Realmente el lugar es muy lindo. Punto menos sólo q el check in es hasta las 3pm y con una boda encima uno quiere cambiarse y descansar de la carretera. Por lo demás muy lindo todo

Excelente lugar

Me hospede en la parte de los bungalows, los cuelas cuentan con dos camas, baño , frigobar, horno de microndas, cafetera y algunos trastes, esta perfecto para relajarse, el restaurante es muy bueno, la comida tipica es muy rica y en general el servicio es bueno, puede uno acceder a alberca, canchas de tenis y basketball, lo recomiendo para parejas y familias, buen lugar.
