"The property was very nice and the room was new, however, it was not properly cleaned. When we first arrived, there was someone's shaved hair on the bathroom counter and the shower was not clean. They do not provide toiletries, so please make sure to bring your own."

"Great place to stay in you're in Huatulco. Close to many of the Bahías. Close to shopping center Chedraui if you want to buy groceries. Place was clean, super easy check in and communication with the owner was good to."

"La propiedad es buena y nos atendió muy bien Alma, solo son algunos puntos a mejorar, deben de mejorar la limpieza de la alberca y jacuzzi, un día se pasaron de cloro en la misma y nos irritó la piel, el jacuzzi debería estar prendido en los mismos horarios de la alberca ya que teníamos que pedir que lo prendieran y de la misma forma deben mejorar la limpieza porque tenía insectos y basuritas, referencia al desayuno falta variedad, no está rico, es austero y la muchacha que nos atendió en el...

"Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted."

"STAIRS, STAIRS. STAIRS. Be prepared to go up and down the stairs to get to lobby, buffet restaurant, bars, beach, everything. Though they have carts who will pick you up, there will still be a lot of walking. I felt terrible my retired elderly parents had to walk so many stairs the entire time we were there. The staff were wonderful, buffet food was better than most all-inclusive. The main beach was calm and clear. Staff came around regularly to offer drinks and snacks (peanuts, seeds, etc). Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the stairs. By the third day I was over the stairs. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 which was easily accessible and another that required you to go down some stairs, then up to access your room. Well at check-in, the staff overlooked to give my elderly retired parents the accessible room so their initial reaction after seeing their room was not very good. Thankfully a cart driver gave us the idea to swap rooms and make the change at the front desk to reprogram our wristbands (which are also our keys). Again, the staff were all so wonderful and helpful."
