"Amazing beautiful location but unfortunately the house did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. The house was damp and smelt strongly of damp. Some of the walls were very damp with bubbling of the paint and mould. There was mould around the bathroom plug and around the edge of the shower. "As we arrived the reception staff were very helpful. Family room was spacious and clean. Nice location by the canal and a short walk in to the town of Skipton. Evening entertainment was very good and the bar was very nice. If we're ever up there again we'd definitely stay again."
