Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. "I’ve been staying at this hotel for 30 years it’s has always been a good place to stay, recently the name has changed and they renovated it, it is still a very nice place, the price is fair, the rooms are smaller but still great. I was impressed that they left fresh fruit in my room, this will always be my go to when I am in NYC. "Room was clean daily. During the snow storm the staff was very helpful and available 24 hours. We did have to extend our stay and there were rooms available and was able to do our laundry for free and they provided the laundry soap. Wash and dryer were alao clean."
