"The room was really not great. The floor was sloped and creaky in our room above the pool — and smelled moldy/wet. The breakfast was exceptional for the type of hotel and staff helpful - and bathroom and shower were nice and renovated."

"The rates were reasonable, the rooms clean. Breakfast was included which you can't always find these days. Breakfast was very acceptable with many choices. Hotel is very convenient off the highway and just a quick drive to Hudson, Ohio with alot of shopping and restaurant choices."

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"The floors around the main desk, and the carpeting on the elevator floor were really dirty. Our room looked tidy, but the bathroom floor was also really dirty. On the first day shortly after we arrived, my husband used a hand towel to clean up a small water spill that landed on the bathroom floor. The towel was filthy dirty after he finished. We stayed 3 days at the hotel, and the carpet in the elevator was dirty all three days. The staff was very kind, and helpful. Breakfast was OK. ...

"They had our room ready and let us in early as we arrived about 10 minutes early. The room was clean. It was quiet even though our room was right near the elevator. Everything was just as advertised. Friendly staff. Typical continental breakfast, but the team member working was very diligent about keeping items well stocked. Would stay there again."

"We did not arrive until midnight. The staff at the desk was pleasant but very hospitable. Going to our room we used the elevator as we were on the second floor. The elevator floor was filthy, the groves in the elevator floor looked as though they have not been cleaned in months. Opening the door to the room the first thing you see is the large hole in the bathroom door. The carpeting was dirty and ripped in a number of places. Going into the room there was wallpaper falling off, large marks...

"Overall it's just not a great stay. Poorly maintained, lacking attention to detail regarding renovations. Truly wasn't inpressed"

"The hotel is passable, but it's been "rode hard and put away wet", for lack of a better description. Halls and our room smelled like old smoke, rust stains on the tub and leaking faucet, a couple odd spots on the sheets, and the breakfast can hardly be called such. For the price and judging by the pics, I expected something a little better."

"The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and lovely to speak with as he checked me and my sibling in. I will say that I wish the sheets/blankets for the pullout bed had been cleaner. There were still stains that could have been cleaned better (ie a blood stain) but I had a blanket I brought with me so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Other than that it everything else was great."
