"Dirty. Sheets were dirty with hair on them that definitely wasn’t mine and had stains. A/c unit was filthy and I was afraid to even turn it on. Cheap so I guess you get what you pay for."

"The property was “under new ownership and being renovated” so there was no breakfast, no fitness center or pool, no sign outside, indicating that it was a hotel or any business. The staff were polite, but very hampered by all of this. The room was clean but dated and the beds were fine."

"I stay as for an outpatient visit to U Of M hospital. Great location for being downtown and proximity to the hospital facilities. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and ballet service was convenient. Ordered salads to go from the bar, which has a tapas menu. Service was good, but took a while for two salads to be prepared and the salads were OK, but not great."

"Shannon was so nice and accomodating! The vintage toys add a nice touch and we felt very welcome."

"Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."

"Locarion was excellent, The experience had the potential of being desirable, with the exception that on 2 nights (we had a week long stay), they somehow neglected to service our room. After a full day outside, you expect to come to a clean room, but that was not the case. With proper attention to critical guest amenities, it would have been a different story. With that said, the front desk was very apologetic and tried to make it better, but the following night, it was the same - partial...
