"The facilities met my expectations, with ease of accessing to the gym and appointments in the hotel room, made my stay comfortable. I would like to point out that the staff were exemplary, from the front desk to housekeepers, in how courteous and thoughtful they towards me and other guests. I would like to extend a special acknowledgment to Shane and Cameron at the front desk, on my arrival they put me at ease which set the tenor and tone of a beautiful trip to Ann Arbor."

"We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. "Another great stay at this hotel. The pool did have some unsupervised children by the pool area eating and doing kid things. I think the staff should supervise the amenities areas for safety. Besides that, the room was clean and everything was pretty good! Thank you!"

"This Hyatt location is very nice and appealing. Our bed and room was clean. The only thing that was non cleaned was our shower. That was a bummer, so I cleaned it myself. It was overall clean, but there was hair on the walls Im guessing from the previous person. Breakfast was delicious and upscale compared to other hotels. They had gluten free muffins Udis brand which was a major plus"

Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."
