"The facilities met my expectations, with ease of accessing to the gym and appointments in the hotel room, made my stay comfortable. I would like to point out that the staff were exemplary, from the front desk to housekeepers, in how courteous and thoughtful they towards me and other guests. "This Hyatt location is very nice and appealing. Our bed and room was clean. The only thing that was non cleaned was our shower. That was a bummer, so I cleaned it myself. It was overall clean, but there was hair on the walls Im guessing from the previous person. Breakfast was delicious and upscale compared to other hotels. They had gluten free muffins Udis brand which was a major plus"

Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."
