"This property is outstanding. Clean, well maintained, and beautifully modern. The absolute best part? The shower. It was so fantastic that I would stay there again just for that experience alone. The only downside was the $100 incidental hold at check in, which felt a bit excessive. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this location. This property is outstanding. "The room was clean. The property is beautiful. The buildings are in need of maintenance. Our balcony was in poor condition. Construction noise from within the King Mansion went on throughout our stay, starting one morning prior to 7:00 a.m and another morning at 8:00 a.m."

"Hotel grounds were nicely kept, but it seemed like the room hadn’t been looked at in a while. Lots of dust on the vents and the shower/tub had a real hard time draining. Staff at the front desk couldn’t provide me a bandaid and the bonvoy app wasn’t working which makes ordering food difficult. One day I was connected to person who took my order over the phone and delivered something close to what I ordered. The second day I called and then said it wasn’t possible to order on the phone but then connected me to a different number that went to voicemail. I was also really surprised to see that there was delivery fee for room service. I’m already paying to stay and for the rooms service. I’ve never seen a delivery fee for room service before. It made a cup of tea an $11 purchase which is wild. That’s a bigger delivery fee than most restaurants in the area."

"We arrived early and thankfully our room was ready. The receptionist was very helpful in finding us a place to eat for lunch and the on-site restaurant was hopping at night."
