WiFi was really bad. Every floor has their own WiFi and I had to switch between 5 and 6 because signal would be lost. Staff is very nice.

We checked out around 11 and left our bags. We returned around 3:30, planning to stay in the lobby for an hour until our best left, somewhat wet because of the rain. The staff allowed us to use an uncleaned room for an hour at no charge to change and clean up. That was really nice of them!

　三ツ星とは、言えないクラスですが、フエの新市街の繁華街に近接していて、少し離れた感じで 落ち着いた街並み。 　旧市街に、川越えで徒歩圏。 　施設は、新しくはないが清掃は、行き届いている。 　基本アメニティは、ある。大き目の深めのバスはあったが、夜と朝に　お湯は、少ししか出なかった。 　エアコンは、良い。 　朝食は、フルーツからバイキングと、オーダーのフォなど、普通にある。

The staff are lovely people and very willing to help, with whatever you need. Taxis etc. We only stayed one evening. But they were great! The area is very busy outside, but we didn't hear any of the craziness in our room.

フエの中心にある 観光にも便利なホテル
フエの王宮にも近くまた町の中心部にあるので 食事も交通も便利である。 朝食も 多くの種類から選べて 味も悪くない。 スタッフの対応が早く 市内の観光ツアーなども的確に手配してくれた。 部屋はかなり広いが シャワーの温度が 一定時間を過ぎると低下していく。 また あまり 影響はないが 上階からの水漏れも見られた。 私にとってはベッドが非常に固く 翌日腰が痛かった。 周りにレストランも多く全体的には便利で快適なホテルである。

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff when we arrived. They immediately helped us with our luggage. My, Thao, Hien and Ann and the other staff helped us with everything we needed from breakfast to sorting out our visa extension. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and their service was absolutely great. The hotel owner who was finding it hard to speak english was trying express how welcome we are which I think was an absolute plus. She made sure that we were treated well and even took a photo with me. We were meant to order one meal for the free breakfast but they told us we can order as many as possible as all their guest are special to them. This is a great plus as we're always very hungry in the morning.

Aamiainen ei ole mikään runsas ja toimitetaan tilauksen mukaisena listalta valitut tuotteet. Sai valita myös jotain ylimääräistä listalta. Hotellin henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja avuliaita ja sain mm. junalipun ostamisen hoidettua heidän kauttaan ja ilman lisämaksua! Aina saa hotelliin mennessä vastaansa hymyilevän ja auttavaisen henkilökunnan. Hotelli sijaitsee oikein hyvällä paikalla ja hyvin kohtuuhintainen. Voin suositella.

För priset var detta en av de bättre hotellen vi använt oss av i Vietnam. Väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma i receptionen förutom att dem glömde ge oss passen tillbaka när vi checkade ut för att åka till Da nang. Men det löste dom utan problem och vi hade våra pass på vårt nya hotell nästa morgon. Kändes rent och fräscht. Hade lite problem med att hitta. Kartan stämde inte helt på Hotels.com men det är samma problem vi haft på ett flertal bokningar.

Very nice hotel for a good price! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lovely welcome drink and fruit plate, and also tea while we waited for a scooter rental. Clean, nice rooms. Good convenient location near food, shopping etc but on a quieter side street. Also not far from the city sights by bike/scooter. My only criticism is the hard bed. Nevertheless, I slept very well.

Nice hotel, be careful of certain front desk girls
Great hotel, very clean, great breakfast service and location. Beds are hard but this seems to be the theme in Vietnam hotels. Again I booked 4 rooms for my family. We had 3 booked but had to book 1 more on site. After some phone calls to the front desk girls manager we were able to get the price shown on Hotels.com. All the staff were great except the young lady at the front desk working the night we checked in on 28th around 6pm. She tried to up sell me for tour tickets and charged me a fee when she convinced me to exchanged money with her. She charged me $10 while on the next day the other young lady didn't charge my father, sister or brother. Very bad business to have someone like that on your team, disappointing. The other young ladies during the day were excellent. Nice little hotel but be cautious of the service, at least from the night shift young lady.

Decent place to stay for families
Our family enjoyed staying in the family room. It was spacious enough for 4 of us. There was a smell of maybe paint or something else, which was bothering us sometime. Sometimes noise from the hallway can be heard. Overall we had good stay, hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast was decent. I would recommend this place for families.

Stayed for one night
I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and came with complimentary water, tea and coffee. They also had snacks, soft drinks,and beer available for a reasonable price. The staff was super friendly, I got a map and all the sights to see were pointed out to me. Also breakfast was included! And it was good! I would stay here again!

Great value for money and very helpful staff
Great value for money and very helpful staff. We arrived early but they happily checked us in at no extra cost. Introduced us to the city with the help of a map (which we could keep) and gave us great advice on how to get the most out of our stay in Hué. Location is really close to all the restaurants and cafés at Hué's south bank. Also helped us arrange a day-long trip down to Hoi An (via Hai Van Pass and Marble Mountains) without charging us any extra. Would stay here again!

部屋は広く、眺めは悪くない。サービスは良く、朝到着だったがすぐ部屋をもらえた。朝食良かった。シンツーリストのオフィスに徒歩5分程。
