Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont beaucoup aidés à organiser notre séjour à Hué. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables, un excellent petit dejeuner et en prime une belle piscine. A distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants et attractions. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons passés 4 jours au Four Seasons à Hué. Très bien situé, au fond d’une petite rue calme, l’hôtel est bien entretenu, ascenseur, belle chambre avec balcon, petit déjeuner à volonté très bon. Et surtout une famille géniale, toujours disponible pour aider ou simplement discuter (en anglais), très attentionnés, ils nous ont même offert un soir à manger quelques spécialités de Hué… Merci à Laura et sa petite famille pour leur accueil, allez-y sans hésiter, vous ne le regretterez pas ! Loved this little Hue hotel! Great value for the price! The location was central and easy access to the walking street for many good meal options. The rooms were nice, the little pool was a bonus, and the included breakfast was super tasty (lots of variety and choice, too!). The host Laura is what really makes this place five star, though - she was so helpful, kind and a great chef! She helped arrange a car to take us to the tombs, as well as a car to take us back to Da Nang when the train schedule didn’t work out. A wonderful stop on our journey for two days, and hope to come back and stay here again!

They went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived until after we departed! They welcomed us with fresh fruit and coconut water. The room was spacious and hot water in the shower. They even gave us a complimentary ride to our bus and then mailed us an AppleTag we left behind! Wowowowow!!!

What a lovely hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and airy, and the hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The location was great, being tucked away from the busy streets down a picturesque side street, but still a five minute walk from the more tourist-friendly restaurant district. The hotel staff served us a complimentary breakfast (we decided on banana pancakes with chocolate!), and were able to book us a private tour/drive to our next stop in Hoi An. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for charming, relaxing and affordable stay in Hue!

Decent place to stay for a night
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location in a quiet area but within 5-10 min walking distance to the bars/restaurants/nightlife. The room itself was smaller than expected for two people, but doable. The bathroom also didn’t have ventilation which made the small room feel stuffy, especially after a shower. And without any bug screens on the window, we chose not to open them because we are prone to mosquito bites. so we couldn’t get any fresh air going into the room. There was some noise in the morning coming from the lobby since our room was on the first floor but that seems to be the norm in the homestays throughout Vietnam. And lastly, we wish there were more towels and that they were softer. The towels provided were thin. Overall we appreciated the friendliness of the host and its location. It was a really affordable price. But you get what you pay for here in this instance.

This family owned hotel truly exhibits the Vietnamese hospitality: friendly staff, always smiling and helpful. The room is small but very clean and efficient. The breakfast is excellent and you can ask for any adjustment to your own taste.

Excellent!
I had a very comfortable stay. Although it is close to downtown, it is tucked away so I could sleep quietly at night. The rooms were clean and had a balcony where we could smoke. The daughter spoke fluent English and was always looking out for me. Every time I saw her mother, she said hello! and made me feel very comfortable. If I have a chance to come to Hue next time, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Better service than the real thing!
What a hotel! No it is not affiliated with the actual four seasons, but the service is better! Down a quiet back street a stones through from the river (some rooms you can see the river at the end of the street) is this quaint Hotel. From the moment you arrive the staff do everything and anything for you. A welcome drink, a cool mint flannel upon arrival whilst the paperwork is sorted. Then you are shown to your room. They are basic, but plenty big enough, with comfy beds and fresh clean linen. The bathroom was well equipped and very clean with a decent shower. As its set away from the 'walking streets' it is peaceful of an evening. There is a small pool out the back, and a mini bar in each room, that is ice cold! Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit brought to you, then tea & coffee along with fruit juices and smoothies are made fresh to order. You order your breakfast of of the menu and again everything is cooked fresh to order for you! The service was amazing and the staff (mainly family) were there to help you with any requests. For the price I paid, I jane no idea how they make money. But it was cheaper than some hostels, and far far better! Comfy bed, clean room, good shower and amazing breakfast - what else could you really ask for if you are there for a couple of nights it is perfectly located!

Tout a été parfait ! Si tu es en plein centre-ville dans une petite ruelle au calme à la fois la ville et la tranquillité. Dès l’arrivée vous serez accueillis par Laura et Michael qui sont les propriétaires avec un jus de fruits et une serviette pour vous désaltérer. Des chambres propre et désinfectées ! Parfait !

The staff are lovely Mimi was very sweet, the rooms are ok beds are hard but the put mattress pads on the beds , only downside there are no black out curtains and they are doing construction on the 4 Th floor so nosiey , breakfast was wonderful anything you want , and as much as you want , pool is a large bathtub , so we never used it , but really a nice hotel well worth staying at

Super friendly staff
Super friendly staff makes you feel special, they even remember your first name and are concerned how you're feeling. The room had everything needed, no complaints about cleanliness. The breakfast was good as well. The hotel itself is a bit difficult to find at first, you need to pay attention to the signs.
