Un exemple à suivre pour d’autres hôtelliers.
Le proprio de l’hôtel est très attentif aux besoins de ses clients. Souriant, aimable et surtout très important il s’exprime clairement en anglais, Je le recommande fortement, spécialement pour personne voyageant seul.

スタッフはとても親切でした。立地も悪くないです。部屋は最悪でした。 とても臭かったです。特にシャワーとトイレは最悪でした。トイレの窓にはタバコの吸い殻がありました。トイレの扉の上に小さな扉が半開きでした。ネズミか虫が入って来ないか心配でした。 ファンはホコリが被っており、音もひどかったです。挙げればきりがありませんが、とにかく清潔ではないホテルです。

겉보다 안이 알찬 숙소
위치가 좋았어요 방 넓고 침대도 퀸으로 두개였어요 방은 깨끗하고 샤워실도 넓어요 직원은 요즘은 보기 드물게 주변지도를 주며서 근처의 갈곳을 설명해줬어요 많은 도움이 됐어요 질문을하면 항상 웃는얼굴로 친절하게 답해주고 적은돈으로 묵으면서 최고였던거 같애요 우린 퐁냐갔다 와서 다시 묵을려고 예약했고 후에오면 누구라도 추천하고 싶어요

2 nights in hue
It is a budget hotel so it is pretty good for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed were however rock-hard. Like 0 comfortable but since we only stayed 2 nights that was okay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice and convenient hotel.
We were generally very satisfied by our three-night stay in this hotel. The price was excellent and the service from the hotel staff was great. They recommended very nice places for eating and going out and they arranged for us tours. We used the laundry service which was very efficient and cheap. The local area at the moment is not great because their is construction taking place nearby, so there is a lot of noise and dust. There was good WiFi signal in our room. We would have liked it if there was an extra chair in the room as well as a waste bin in the bedroom.

Fabulous staff
Amazing service received from hotel staff. Tran arranged airport taxi and also a driver to take us from Hue to Hoi An taking in places we requested to visit on the way, it was brilliant and we really appreciated his help.

フエ駅から歩けそうだったので、徒歩でチェックインしました。 天気が良く汗だくでだどりついたら、笑顔で待ち構えていて「○○さんですね⁉︎」と迎えてくれました。 英語は、堪能。 部屋はベッドは清潔、クリーニングも翌日仕上げ。ドライアーが無かった。 隣にショッピングセンター的なものが出来るらしく工事中はそれなりに音はしました。（完成すれば音は無くなる） バインベオの店を聞いたら説明が分かりやすかったです。他にも「まだ開いていなかった場合、お腹が足りなかった場合」にともう一軒教えてくれました。 フエからホイアンへのバスの手段も、何パターンか教えてくれました。（値段、内容について） 一階のカフェも店員も、良い感じです。

Super verblijf.
Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden de goedkoopste kamer maar daar merkte je niks van! Twee heerlijk grote bedden en een lekkere douche. Kamer was ruim. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen raam in de kamer zat, maar dit was wel duidelijk vermeld.

Great hotel in the middle of Hue
Great hotel at a good value in a very convenient location. The front desk was very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Some very good restaurants in the area too. I would stay here again.

Deze accommodatie is relatief nieuw. De hotelkamers zijn goed afgewerkt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg vriendelijke eigenaar!

宿泊料金が安いので、小さな汚いゲストハウスかと思っていたら、部屋も広くて設備も十分なきちんとしたホテルであった。町の中心にも比較的近く満足。

Great service!
The owner welcomed us with drinks in the cafe downstairs. We chose an upgraded room which offered more space and looked down on the crossroad before the hotel. Really friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Good and fast laundry service. They are always checking if you’re okay and satisfied. The hotel is still recently opened so breakfast options are confined to a search in the area. We weren’t able to find really great options so when they start their own breakfast options, make sure you book them in combination with your room. We were stupid enough to leave our passports in the safe of our room at our previous hotel. The staff instantly picked up the phone and arranged that someone get our documents safely back to us within a day. They even sent one of their own drivers to do so. As a service!!! That’s amazing and really worth mentioning why I recommend this top service accomodation. If you want to feel taken care of by a trusted staff, this place is definitely your place to go in Hue.

Tolles neue Hotel.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Nice Hue Hotel hat gutes und aufrichtiges Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, da es gerade erst aufgemacht wurde.
