Veldig dårlig med kommunikasjon med eier, sendt flere meld, ang ene toalett sluttet og fungere dag 3, ang dør problem. Ang gjenglemt ting men ingen respons og kom aldri gjennom tlf nr som står på siden. Beliggenheten var veldig bra og sentralt. "

"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

Ignored all the phone calls and the instructions weren't accurate so took too long to find the place and enter. Not sufficient hot water to shower, when informed no action was taken. Had to wait hours for the water to get hot after 2 people had showers. When reported promised it'll be sorted but nothing was done till the check out date after 5 days.
