"Old hotel but maintained clean"

"When staying anywhere, cleanliness is my top priority. I am pleased to say this is one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed compared to even the upper hotels. This small motel right off the interstate was very quiet, quaint, lady at the front met us with a new key when she saw ours had messed up. We didn’t even have to ask her. "I booked this room for my out-of-state (senior citizen) Mother, so, I am writing what she has relayed to me about the stay & my conversation with the man who works the front desk. CONS: My (elderly) Mother arrived at the hotel approximately 12:30pm (check-in time listed on Expedia is 2pm) due to being told to get out of her apartment (as well as other tenants) for scheduled work to be completed. "Clean and quiet"

"The clerk was very helpful. My key wouldn't work after the first time and she got me another. Then I locked myself out, and she seen me going to the office, and she got me another key. The room was clean. It's not a 5 star hote- some of the towels and wash clothes were thin. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked good. It was 100+ during my stay and my room was cool. My only complaint was that every day when I came back to my room, my room smelled like pot. I just bought some air...
