Most importantly, their customer service was excellent. I would like to send my BIG THANK YOU to the manager, Bruce Shi, and staff Jade, and more...Bruce was super kind and professional who helped us arrange our train tickets and kindly offered us the hotel car transit from the hotel to the train station. Foshan attracts business travelers from around the world, yet the dining options appear to be primarily focused on domestic guests. Expanding the variety of international cuisine and offering more globally oriented menu selections would better serve the needs of international business travelers and further enhance the guest experience. Overall, I had a positive stay and would recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Foshan."

The cleaning staff were very nice as well. We truly appreciated their excellent service and hospitality."

We wouldn’t definitely come back and will recommend them to all our family and friends."
