"Great stay. Highly recommend. Staff very nice. Room was clean. Before we toured the city we would start our day with a coffee in the lobby/kitchen area. After our long day we looked forward to getting back to the hotel and grabbing a hot coco and a pastry before heading to our room. Staying here was such a delight."

"Great large room and canal view. Staff were very helpful trying to assist during a 2 day issue with Wi-Fi and few minor room issues. Restaurant and bar were very busy and crowd was a bit younger than expected. Location was amazing with lots of restaurants and close to many major attractions. Bit of noise in evening, but quiet at night. Would stay again."

It took five days to get the pending money back into my account and I had to ring the hotel as they had overcharged me by £150 which if I hadn’t of queered it I wouldn’t have got it back it was just aggro. I didn’t need once we got home."
