"It was a dry roof over our heads and warm bed. Bed, towels and bedding were a bit aged. Room was quite small and the bed was not the most comfortable. Shower pressure was quite low. But you get what you pay for and it served its purpose for the night. Plenty of space to park car. "

"The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. "The staff were available through email, and allowed me to check in early which was very helpful and kind. I didn't love the layout of my particular room, I didn't know quite what to expect from the photos which aren't reflective of the actual rooms. The bed was in a small room to the side with barely any space around it, and the living room/kitchen was quite narrow. I am a particular person (read picky), so I am guessing the room would have fully pleased someone else! I didn't ask to change...
