"Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. "When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
