"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. The checkin also requires a photo id scan from your phone as well as an additional $$ euro deposit before they...

"Clean spacious room, check-in and check out were done without meeting the host, but no issues. They were clear with instructions and the property was in a very nice location to walk to all the touristy areas"

"Locatie is echt super! Lekker ruim appartement met lekkere badkamer en goede bedden. Eenvoudige keuken maar prima, alleen vaatwasser zonder mandjes/lades, dus inruimen is niet mogelijk De entree naar appartement is een beetje kruip door sluip door maar wel netjes. "
