"The property is generally well maintained. The lobby and breakfast room are small but pleasant, clean, and well-kept. Located just outside Eureka, this location actually feels safer overall, being close to restaurants and shops. It is also within a 5-minute drive to downtown, making it very convenient."

"The entry was clean! The room was not! I was happy that I purchased a sleeping bag because the bed had hair in between the sheets and cover! The A/C blew out - well it was not pleasant!! The carpet CRUNCHED!!! The shower and bath combo 😂 should be replaced with a shower esp as I nearly slipped getting out! I don’t use hotel towels ever so couldn’t be helpful with that info! So no stars for this location!! Best Western Plus-Bayshore Inn was a lot better!"

"We arrived late and the office was about to close. Our room key had been taped to our door which I found to be a very unsecure way to deliver a key. Other than that, our stay was satisfactory."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room included 2 glasses of wine, The bartender made some great Mocktails for us as we do not drink alcohol, which was much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and gave good suggestions for dinner within walking distance, The location is not in the heart of the city but by the marina. There were a few homeless people in the area. The Breakfast Buffet was very good and we had a choice of extra hot dishes made to order. Very nice."

"rooms, towels and sheets were clean. staff was very helpful and friendly. ice maker was broken, workout room equipment needs some help- treadmill was stuck at an incline and the bikes were not easy to not able to be adjusted. breakfast was subpar, eggs were terrible (maybe it was just our luck that day) and less variety than you would think for a place like this, however they did have a make your own waffle option which is great for the kids. good enough for what you paid for overall though."

"I liked the check in process. It was very efficient. When you step into the office a person comes on a screen and basically does a Zoom call with you. The hotel room was clean. Beverly the housekeeper was amazing, super friendly and always there to help if you needed anything. The hotel has super fast WiFi. "Broken elevator and no help carrying luggage up stairs, musty smell, broken TV, had to change rooms after already unpacking. Moved to an even mustier room which was located next to the ice machine and elevator, it was so noisy it sounded like people were in our room, water in shower smelled so bad it was disgusting and water pooled unless dirty plug was taken completely out. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but this was crazy. We usually stay here when passing through but I think from...
