"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, no luggage rack was provided and there was no place to hang up clothes. I had to put my suitcase on the small table. This hotel does not provide breakfast, which I knew in advance."

"Holiday Motel was great. The staff was super friendly. The space was well maintained. It was pretty quiet, even though it was on the main street. The neighborhood felt safe to walk my dog. The breakfast wasn't that great, but it wasn't completely necessary component I expected to be."

"Filthy bathroom. Poop stains in toilet. Floor dirty. Tub looked dirty. Shampoo dispenser broken. Bedding was stinky. Phones broken. Pool out of service. Dirty window. Faulty A/C. Bar and casino under construction. Had 3 rooms. All bad. Worse hotel ever."

"I realize that I get what I pay for but wasn’t happy about being stuck in a corner room with the casino a/c units humming in one window and the neon lights flashing all night in the other window plus the musty smell of the room."

"Room appeared clean, but smelled of an 'old stagnant' smell. Clerk could not be bothered to stand and talk to us during check in. Clerk had to be asked several times to repeat because she would not look away from her screen. Pool and hot tub were both low on water and the hot tub appeared grungy. Definitely not worth the $200/night price tag."

"The pool was drained and is still listed as an amenity. The room assigned to us smelled and AC didn’t work. Person in office said they didn’t have anything else but when I said that was unexceptional she found a different room. She said the AC have been out and they have been trying to get them fixed. The carpet was badly stained and some area’s sticky. Bathroom was ok but had some little mold spots around shower. Great water pressure. The office smelled heavy like smoke. This hotel was rated wat to high and we will not use it again. I do not recommend. Very disappointed"

"The place needs fixing and upgrades, our bathroom sink was almost totally plugged and like a lot of places the shower drains don’t drain either. We had a very load guest above us standing in the walkway smoking"
