"The staff was amazing. We had to change rooms due to some cleaning issues, but they corrected it right away and did everything to assist us. There was still cosmetic repairs needed, that I believe were due to hurricane damage. But nothing terrible. I would have preferred the hot tub to be hotter as it seemed to be at the same temperature as the pool. But we never requested them to change it, because it wasn’t that big of an issue as there were some younger children that were in and out it and we...

"I didn’t like the check in which was a person on a monitor who wasn’t very friendly. Apparently the hotel doesn’t think enough of their guests to greet them face to face. The eggs were awful, they were dry and had no taste. When I called the office to ask a question the person on the phone was rude and acted like he had better things...

"This is a place if you desperately need a place to stay. This is one of the place that maybe in middle of re building or not. Room stunk like smoke of weed. Floor was damaged. No clock, no phone, no iron, no hairdryer and only got 2 body towels and 2 wash cloths. Toilet paper holder was about to fall off also the door is twisted. It had a lot of damages. It’s not like others places I have stayed before. This is the beyond worse. I am basically surprised that this hotel passed inspection. ...
