"Todo bien"

"Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! I chose it based on the decor and it exceeded expectations. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. The attendants who took our luggage were dressed in red suits and a pill box hat recalling luxury travel on the Orient Express. The lobby felt like a cozy library, the floors were covered richly colored hand woven rugs, the hall leading to the restaurant and bar had hand...

"Hotel was beautiful in a great location and staff was great"

"Great location, fantastic facilities + helpful staff. The only problem was that (even on the 7th floor with the windows closed] the trams and emergency vehicles on the main road were so loud it made it hard to sleep"

"Fab hotel, great location. Very friendly staff. Nothing to much problem. Rooms very comfortable and modern."

"Unfassbar liebes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Sehr zentral gelegen, ruhig!"

"This was the most wonderful hotel - so very peaceful, beautiful inside, staff so helpful. Loved the sauna. Beds and pillows super comfy. Location was perfect everywhere was waking distance. Highly recommend."

"Great hotel, great location, good service. First of all - no limit or charges on drinking water bottles. Breakfast buffet was great. Location is the best. Easy access to taxi, public transport or walkable to most of the tourist spots. Executive lounge and the Royal Spa was awesome. It was a great experience."

"Good Location quiet room, the only issue it was the size of the room for two person little bit to small, you need to paid for the breakfast l don’t know how good it was but it looks like lot people was there, when I get there after hours l seat nice staffs l get some juice and coffee not charge ."

"The hotel was modern and well presented however we had some issues which spoiled the trip. The carpet had not been hoovered when we arrived, I asked at reception for this to be cleaned next day (and for 2 subsequent days) but it was never vacuumed despite the rest of the room being cleaned. There were pizza crumbs and loose threads on the carpet and stains which spoiled the appearance of the room. Despite mentioning this daily, it was not dealt with. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable....

"Wonderful place to stay while in Budapest. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located in an area with many restaurants and coffee shops. And it is close to transit centers. (But within walking distance - at least for us - of all the attractions in Budapest). My only, very minor, concern is the bathroom door does not allow much personal privacy."
