"I had previously called the hotel to ask about a deposit the man told me no but when I got there the man told me it was a deposit since it was my first time which no problem he said only cash I went and got cash and brought it back. "Didn’t receive information on checking in after sending repeat request for a PIN number for the room. Only got in room with help from cleaning lady. Odd there is no staff onsite for assistance.
Very poor WiFi, tv couldn’t connect or get a signal. Room only had one night lamp, still had bugs on floor, pet potty area needed maintenance, no grass only dirt. Needed more towels.
Room was very spacious."
