"Probably the cleanest hotel i have ever been at. Staff was wonderful.
My only complaints was they ran out of pool towels almost our whole time there- but the dirty towel bins were always full- like no one was washing towels the 3 days we were there. And our bed squeeked and creaked with every slight movement, it wasnt the mattress but the actual bed.
Overall- i would definitely stay again. "

We had a cockroach in our room (have a picture) told staff via text and they never responded back. We had 11am check out and the cleaning lady was banging on our door at 10:00am asking if we were leaving. "
