"The staff was nice and helpful. Our room had a horrible chemical smell, which was most likely from the cleaning products, but we had to keep the window open and the fan going the entire stay. The carpet had missing patches that were fraying, and the bathroom floor was sticky."

"Overall it was a solid hotel and the room was spacious staff were very friendly. The one very problematic piece was the rooms were not well insulated. We had difficulty sleeping well because you could hear tvs and voices in the surrounding rooms and loud footsteps from the room above ours. If the #1 goal of a hotel is a good night’s sleep, our family did not have that here."

"Our stay for 1 night was perfect! Bed and covers were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and has a soap bar plus I brought my own Shampoo & Conditioner, so I didn’t need their 2-in-1 but I was glad to see they had a little bottle for those who might need one if they forgot. Price for the hotel was less than a $100 & next door to a Hospital in case of any emergencies, so it was well worth it. This is my second time coming to Sioux Falls and my second time at this hotel. Definitely recommend it!"

"Location great for overnight to the airport only 10 min drive.
Had to go to other hotel across parking lot to check in and out, but easy. Had some trouble with the door lock. Shade wouldn't stay down had to use desk to hold it pinned against wall. Old microwave but it worked. Wouldn't want to hang out here, but I was only there 9pm-6am. Bed was fine and plenty of hot water."

"It was a very run down place. I am surprised Ramada endorses it. Carpet dirty and stained. It seemed of weed and mold. Furniture was broken (mirror frame and refrigerator shelf). The bed smelled of urine. Sheets were dirty. Comforter was stained. Sink was covered in hair. Hot tub water very cloudy and dirty. If you are saying, 4 people can stay in a room, put 4 towels and washcloths in a room. Had to ask for pool towels twice. Food was cold and nog as a food safe temp."
