"The problem is, that I booked my room and when I had gotten there there was not the room I booked. My father passed away and I needed my family to be together. This don’t happen, I was then charged an extra $97 for what I don’t know because I was told the extra room would be taken care of by the hotel"
"Breakfast was good, rooms very clean. The GM was manning the desk because employees were sick/missing and did a great job of keeping things going on short staff. Awesome job👏👏"

6/10 Okay
"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is in need of significant maintenance and appears quite run down. The pool was unclean during our visit, and the hot tub was broken for the entirety of our stay. The room appeared to have only received a surface-level cleaning before our arrival, and the smell of marijuana was noticeable throughout the hotel, including near guest rooms.
The overall atmosphere was not what we expected, as several guests were frequently walking around common areas in very little clothing, which made the property feel less welcoming and family-friendly. Housekeeping service was also frustrating. We had to specifically request room service during our stay, and after our first request was ignored, we had to contact the front desk a second time before anyone came.
The one bright spot was the breakfast. The breakfast area was well maintained, consistently stocked, and offered a decent selection of food each morning. The breakfast staff appeared to take pride in their work, which was appreciated.
Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations due to poor maintenance, cleanliness concerns, and inconsistent customer service. While the breakfast was enjoyable, it was not enough to make up for the other issues we experienced."
