The Property was everything and MORE than I needed for my short business stay in Huntsville. Proximity to dining, shopping etc. Chris at the Front Desk and all the other staff whom I interacted with were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. 5-Stars!

The staff was excellent throughout my entire stay and provided great customer service. However, although the property appeared visually clean, there was a strong odor of pet urine, mold, and mildew. Because I am allergic to both pets and mold, the odor was severe enough that I had to use my inhaler. We were moved to another room on a different floor, where the odor was less noticeable but still present in the bathroom. There was a persistent strong urine smell that remained despite cleaning and the use of air freshener. It also seemed that a liquid fragrance product may have been used on the carpets, which possibly contributed to the lingering odor, especially if the carpet had not fully dried. Overall, the staff was wonderful, but the strong odors and potential mold or mildew concerns negatively affected my stay.
