"Lovely onsen offering however the hotel experience was overall quite strange. definitely not a relaxing place on the weekend when many groups of Vietnamese tourists take over. 30 women in the onsen at once very noisy, leave sauna door open even staff do it. Restaurant also very noisy with big groups. Alarms on room doors constantly on siren as not closed properly. It’s a lovely place maby better during the week if you want to relax.
