"Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff, took care of our heating issue promptly and efficiently. The only downside, several teams ( soccer, baseball and basketball) families were staying, common areas and the pool were taken over. We didn't have the option to enjoy the pool."

"Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Parking was readily available outside the hotel. The kitchen is good for an extensed stay and there is a full sized refrigerator. Only problem is that there is no drinking water on site. No water fountain. Only option is to buy water from outside or purchase at the front desk. Tap water is not recommended. "

"We enjoy staying at the SpringHill Suites. Clean, beautiful rooms, with comfortable beds and everything you need. Love the separation for our teenage grandchildren to sleep when they join us. Adequate breakfast also. Available coffee is a must ,so thank you. Very friendly staff is also much appreciated."

"The room had a broken door handle to the bedroom along with a broken door for the closet. The room we had was on the first floor and we often smelled the smoke from people smoking outside."

"The desk clerk was welcoming and helpful with information. The parking was easy and secure. WE were there for only one night so did not need to use the kitchen facilities. Our only issue was that our beds were lumpy and soft."

"The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet. We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied"

"The room was well situated and perfectly appointed. The toiletries were upscale and amazing! The pool area was a bit small, but my grandson had just as much fun in the lazy river as he would have in a traditional, simple pool, maybe more!"
