"My third time staying here - not only as its clean, good prices, convenient parking but if you walk down the road theres a two cats that have been there during each stay.
Clean room, easy commute to the airport. Good food options.

"Easy access for flights leaving Gatwick. Clean , friendly, great breakfast,. Only concern is difficulty in using the bath/shower combo !!! Especially dangerous for elderly ! Please add additional grab bar in Shower ! Poor shower design allows water to wet floor! Yikes ! "

"Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel "

A bit of a noisy night with a busy road close by. Surprisingly it wasn’t airplane noise but rather road vehicle noise. Therefore I had to keep my window shut which made the room somewhat stuffy. Position of the bed in the room had the head right at the windows and as the curtains didn’t fit snuggly, light from outside beamed onto the head area. Perhaps the bed could be turned 90...
"We stayed for one night in a standard room, which was very comfortable and spacious, with a view of the extensive grounds. The buildings and gardens are beautiful and the staff friendly and attentive. Our room was below a family room which unfortunately for us was occupied by children who jumped around and slammed doors until gone 1am, and I’m assuming it was the children!
