Convenient for catching an early flight from Gatwick. Plenty of parking, rooms are large and clean. Busy location but check in was efficient and quick. Would stay here again.

This place is home to rude conceited staff - especially check in - the property itself is not great like lipstick on a pig approach- not accommodating to anyone with most basic stuff like charging adapters etc The breakfast is disgusting and price is ridiculous

We were able to check in very early after an overnight flight, which is a big plus. Modern, clean hotel, spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast (except for the coffee, try the tea) included with room. Dinners also very good. Inexpensive shuttle bus for 5 minute ride to Gatwick for trains to London and flights.
