"Overall the stay was good. But the biggest disappointment was Mr. Mahmoud (Island host). Upon our arrival, Mr. Mahmoud was assigned to us as the Island host. We received zero support from him. Throughout our stay we had to reach out to different people to get guidance, information or support. Island ..."
