"I went for my birthday and I was solo. The location was a bit far from tourist things to do. However, the hotel helped setup taxi and have a shuttle which I used a lot to get into town or go the beach. Akiel the driver always was on time and professional. When you first come in and see Shevika at the desk. She remembered my birthday and always kept a smile on her face."

"We upgraded to deluxe, beautiful room, clean, quiet. Staff pleasant and professional, very friendly. Truly enjoyed chatting with the lady at the gift shop and most of the restaurant staff, security officers always willing to chat, love this place, love the people, can't wait to come back. Only thing that I would like to see is maybe one or two trash bins in the parking lot, other than that 10+"

"The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."

"It was a wonderful resort experience. The staff was beyond great during both check-in and check-out, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. The swim-up pool was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of the stay. I would definitely return!"

"Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price."

"Very nice Resort, Very clean, Delicious 3 course meals. The Staff were very friendly, always eager to help and tried to make sure everything was good. The Beach was washed, lots of Sargassum, but only happens about once a year. No fault of theirs. They set up chairs and umbrellas for us every day. We will definitely return."

"The property is centrally located, especially for Oistins. It is located off Lodge Road, so it’s on a bus route with buses readily available for going to Bridgetown and surrounding areas. The host was impeccable. Wi-Fi was reliable and consistent."

"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. When the smell subsided it was pleasurable to hear the roar of the sea. I stayed for 10 nights...

"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great.
