Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. "A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day. Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. "AC in the room was extremely loud. Bathtub with yellow stain, you don’t expect this for this type of hotel. The Breakfast is ridiculous expensive $35 US dollars per person. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful. The night security guy went beyond words to help us."

"This property is in a good location, close to many beaches and amenities. I have been here several times, but I find the upkeep has gone down. All of our in-unit appliances were extremely old and the fridge leaked the entire time (it was replaced on the day we checked out). The power and wifi went out a few times during our 10 days. The furniture is very dated and could use replacement asap. The bathroom has a lot of signs of wear too. The cleaning staff were amazing but I miss the old hotel...
