Clean rooms but pool wasn’t ready
"Room was great. Only thing was during weekend the pool people came late and people working seemed to confuse when the pool opened. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes after the pool opened for them to finish testing the water and do the chemicals. This happened on Sunday and Monday."

"Staff was great. When we arrived we found out if we had not book thru Expedia that they could have given us a bereavement discount. That was disappointing to find out but that is on us. In the future I will book directly and not use Expedia"
