"Everything was up to my expectations."

"Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again."

"I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet. Needless to say, my first luxury was dropping my luggage in the waiting rack and climbing in to the hot shower which had shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser readily available, a very welcome option following the past...

"I absolutely loved my stay at Rewind in Des Moines and would definitely stay here again! We stayed Friday through Monday, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. Walmart and Target are less than five minutes away, and there are plenty of great dining and shopping options close by, including spots like Texas Roadhouse and Olive Garden, as well as Jordan Creek Town Center for even more shopping.
