"Clean room"

"Highly recommend a hospitality suite if you have a large party. It gives you room to stretch your legs and its a great place for your whole party to hang out."

"Our first room we checked into was unacceptable, dirty windows on walkout patio, chipped paint on doorways throughout. Asked for different room and was placed up on floor 11 which was really dark in the hallway for some reason. That room was fine but had uncomfortable beds. Breakfast and staff in restaurant were excellent. Location was good and valet staff was great."

"front desk staff was great. valet was great. consigners were great. housekeeping was great breakfast needs more selections"

"Loved the view . Pricey but unique."

"Need some new pillows! And they should attend to the rooms like they say after 3 days. No one came to empty trash or a light cleaning at all"

"All of the staff members were fantastic! Especially the breakfast crew! My kids loved the roof top pool and we all enjoyed walking to restaurants and ice cream along the riverwalk."

"Breakfast made to order was not that great. Security staff, one was friendly, one was rude. Front desk employee was great! No airport shuttle."

"Great location, friendly staff, coffee/tea available at all times. Room was a great size, comfy beds, great breakfast! We'll definitely come back."

"The property was centrally located for walking along River Street. The room was very nicely decorated. I enjoyed the couch and extra chair. The kitchen was mostly non-functional aside from the fridge and microwave. There were no utensils or cookware which would've been nice. Our only complaint was the noise from people on River street very late into the night on Friday."
