Amazing China

Love the room, the high floor and the location as well as the fruit in the room. View was amazing. Only problem was that the thermostat in the room was fake and did nothing to control the room temperature. Not fair to stay in a 5 star hotel and not be able to control your own room temperature. Also WIFI was unusable.

繁華街に面し、交通の便もよく、周囲に食事に行けるお店がたくさんあります。 お部屋は快適で、フルーツ、牛乳などのルームサービスもありました。 朝食バイキングは同レベルのホテルに比べると、メニューのバリエーションがやや少ない気がしましたが、十分だと思います。 部屋に備え付けの食器類はコップだけだったので、フォークやスプーンがあるとなおうれしいと思います。

A pleasant surprise

We had a great stay for 2 nights. The hotel is new, provides excellent services, has very nice view from my room on level 40. Can't find any fault in this hotel.

The King sized bed room was spacious like suite room. All furniture and interior design are modern and comfortable. But when I arrived at the hotel very lately due to heavy snow, the receptionist's English isn't that good and they told me my reservation cannot be found in their system even though I paid all in advance. The attitude of employees on the desk needs to be trainned more customer friendly. One thing is, the breakfast buffet was too much Chinese food. International clients need to eat something more continental.
