The bed was heated and had the most luxurious comforters so I wasn't cold in the middle of the night. Someone attends to the kitchen and shared bathrooms throughout the day, so the places stay tidy and well stocked with clean fluffy towels. When I showered at 6pm the shower gel was empty and still empty the next...
